Isabelle De Leon

Isabelle De Leon worked at Foster Web Marketing from 2015-2016 as a Marketing Associate, then returned in 2022 as a Project Manager.

Professional Experience

Isabelle graduated from the University of Maryland, College Park with a Bachelor of Music in jazz performance on the pre-medicine track. Prior to her pre-med studies, she also studied two years of computer science. Throughout the years, her career has taken her on a journey through different industries, yet ultimately led her to discover a passion for project and operations management.

Isabelle's first job after college was in the emergency room as a medical scribe. After deciding to forego the medical route, she transitioned to a financial firm as a consultant, where she established her foundation in marketing and sales. With that experience, she started at FWM as a Marketing Associate in 2015, working on campaigns, social media, graphic design, and video production for FWM. She then brought those skills to music school and rehearsal studio, 7DrumCity, where she designed company logos and branding, facilitated community outreach, taught drum lessons, and helped in their general expansion as Marketing & Events Director. Prior to returning to FWM, she did project and logistics management for nearly two years as Director of Operations for a startup company in Miami, FL, where she designed, coordinated, and oversaw installations of cloud-based video systems at over 400 electric power substations in Florida.

All of Isabelle's career experiences have shaped her to become an expert multi-tasker, outside-of-the-box thinker, and dynamic team player. She loves empowering clients with the tools they need to grow their businesses and looks forward to helping them bring their dream websites to life.

Isabelle was born and raised in Maryland then lived in Washington, DC for three years before moving to Miami, FL. Some of her favorite Miami activities include going to the beach, improving her salsa dancing, and exploring Miami and its surrounding neighborhoods on her electric bike. She is a proud second-generation Filipina-American and comes from a huge family. (Her grandfather was one of 16 kids!)

What You Might Find Interesting About Isabelle

Isabelle is also a professional musician! Though primarily a drummer (over 20 years of playing), she also plays piano/keys, writes and produces music, and dabbles in guitar, bass, and cello. She's toured the world with many different artists but is most proud of touring with Oprah on her 2020 Vision Tour and touring in Russia as a cultural ambassador with the U.S. State Department in 2018-2019.
