Toby Crandall is the technical support for Foster Web Marketing. With his years of experience in the ever-changing world of technology, his vast and varied knowledge of the Internet, electronics, tech support and many other things is setting the bar higher than ever before.

Professional Experience
Toby got his career running by starting a computer retail business. He began constructing and repairing computers and systems from scratch for families and some businesses. As his knowledge of computers and systems expanded, so did his opportunities for business. He went from designing personal computers and systems to building entire networks for school districts across the state. He then continued to create systems and networks for international businesses like MCI, Bell South, and Giesecke & Devrient. He’s even developed and invented some new technologies of his own.

With 15 years of professional experience in IT and network engineering, ten of which being in management, Toby positioned himself as a senior network and data architect. He has network security certification with Microsoft MCSE, MCP and ISC2 CISSP. Not to mention his extensive knowledge and abilities with Cisco, Linux, Web Application Development and SQL Database.

Toby joined Foster Web Marketing team in 2008. With his repertoire of knowledge and experience in his field, he was the perfect choice for managing the new data center, enhancing systems’ functionality, network security, system performance, monitoring and redundancy.

Toby loves spending time with his family—his wife Elizabeth, and his two children Katie and Dalton. He grew up in Traverse City, Michigan, and currently resides in Berryville, Virginia, but he and his family are building their own house on a small lake in the mountains of West Virginia. He also enjoys spending time with his Australian shepherd, Shadow, and doing activities such as fishing and hunting.
