We've got free books and reports that you can order, we have a toll-free number prominently displayed, we offer an easy-to-use live-chat service, and we always remind you in our content that we can assist you with your attorney web marketing needs. However, there is a fine line between being accessible and being pushy.


Is your website all about YOU?

 

Take a step back and look over your own website. Are you writing and posting content for your web visitor - or do you just keep adding content about how great you are? Or do you liberally pepper your content with phrases like "call us today for a free consultation!" with little other substance?

 

Focus on your potential clients and their needs

 

If this sounds like you, maybe it is time to dial it down a notch. Put yourself in your clients' shoes and focus your efforts on posting content that is helpful and informative, content that you know a potential client would want to read. Don't just beat your reader over the head with demands that they call you TODAY.

 

If you give site visitors the information they need and prove to them that you know what you're doing (don't forget your case results and testimonials!) then you'll develop a relationship of trust that will one day turn them into a client.
