Google and Yahoo Teaming Up
California lawmakers expressed strong support of a controversial search marketing deal that would allow Yahoo to run ads supplied by Mountain View-based Google alongside its own search results and share in the profits.Altogether, 11 members of the U.S. House of Representatives expressed support of the pending deal by denouncing a proposed block, the Wall Street Journal reported.
This is yet another sign that Yahoo will be going the way of the dodo bird pretty soon. Even though Yahoo still has a share of the market, the monolith that is Google is still dominating search engine traffic.
