I know that I'm beginning to sound like a broken record, but we can't thank you guys enough. This week on Thursday alone, we took in 2 new wrongful lockout cases...

Tom, the site is taking off! We are literally getting 2-3 new cases a week! People from all over the country are finding us. Today, a woman from California said to me that she loved the site. It was filled with information that she couldn't find anywhere else on the web. That was an amazing compliment.

Why You Should Join Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and Other Social Media Sites

Social media is a highly effective way to market yourself  and your firm online.  Social networking is changing the way that businesses, and law firms, are approaching marketing.  What is so great about this marketing tool is that it doesn’t cost you a thing.  The only investment you will make is your time.

Did you know that Facebook has about 300 million users around the world? If you haven’t already joined this website, you should strongly consider it.  Not only does it provide a way to connect with family members, old friends, acquaintances and colleagues, it also offers the opportunity to get the word out about your areas of practice.  Let people know what types of cases you take and when the time comes that one of your Facebook friends needs a lawyer, or knows someone who does, he or she will think of you first.

Twitter is another social media website worth joining.  Most people are confused by Twitter and rightfully so.  The thought of letting people know what you are doing at any given moment, which is essentially what this website does, seems like a waste of time.  However, that mentality is far from the truth.  Twitter allows you to build a base of followers in which you can send out messages informing them of the cases you just won or the types of new cases you are taking.  It is great “word of mouth” advertising.  Order the free report, Twitter for Attorneys, for more information about how you can use this website in your Internet marketing campaign.

Also, don’t ignore sites, such as LinkedIn, which is a giant business network.  You can connect with other professionals and build your referral base.
