How do I pick a title for my free offer?

Picking a book, report or DVD title is just like picking a title for the content you put on your attorney web design. You want a title that will grab your web visitor's attention, and make them want to read more. Here are some ideas:
  1. Secret information the insurance company doesn't want you to know!
  2. How to protect yourself after a workers' comp accident in (your location)
  3. 99 things that all women should know in a (your location) divorce case

How many free offers should I have?

Start with one, and expand your offers as you have time to include one free offer for each of your practice areas on your attorney web design. Consider doing a book and a DVD for each practice area, so people have a choice. The more specific and targeted your offers, the more likely you are to convert a potential client into an actual client.

Should I mail or email my offer to my clients?

Which is better, email or snail-mail? A free offer that you can email to your client is good for web visitors who are reluctant to give you their mailing address. This is the quickest and easiest way to get an offer up and running.

However, if you spent the time writing a great book, spend some money getting it printed. When your potential client sees that book in the mail and realizes all the effort you put into it, they'll keep the book and it will always be there to remind them that you are just a phone call away. Of course, if you have a DVD, CD, insurance holder, accident pamphlet or other free offer that can't be sent through email, you'll have to use snail mail.dss

You can always do BOTH. Consider offering web visitors the option of an electronic book or a printed book. This allows you to cover both bases.
