Come work directly with our dynamic, fun and fast-paced coding team to create niche focused websites. Our desktop, mobile, video and social media design and coding style is unique, efficient and optimized for search engines and our proprietary and professional CMS.

Job Duties:

• Full-time position in our studio in Fairfax, VA
• Create new website layouts using the latest design standards
• Provide design solutions based on the next BIG thing we can think of
• Enhance and upgrade existing website designs
• Remain current with cutting edge web and mobile design
• Present “best practices” and development trends to management
• Communicate regularly with management and contribute to team meetings
• Participate in social media marketing and appear in fun videos promoting the company and our services
• Create socially awkward moments we can all look back on and have a good laugh about

Skills/Qualifications:

• 3+ years of website design using Adobe PhotoShop and Illustrator (Flash is a bonus), you basically need to live and breath PhotoShop
• Proven history of creating original, innovative and strategically sound web based solutions for clients. Don’t forget about mobile and social media too!
• Solid knowledge of good user interface design principles
• Ability to adhere to SEO design practices and work in a collaborative environment on simultaneous projects within a tight schedule
• Explain why you prefer either Star Wars or Star Trek over the other
• You must be fun, able to take a joke, thick skinned, and you must like to be with other humans

Designer Notes:

• You eat, sleep and dream better, cooler designs
• You can wear shorts and flip-flops to work
• You may (will) get shot with a Nerf dart gun
• You will love that we have a Darth Vader mask in our lobby
• Your pay will be commensurate with experience and, yes, we have health benefits
