Is your law firm taking advantage of the mobile website marketplace?

Are you on the lookout for great marketing opportunities? If you aren't, then you should be - and the next opportunities you need to be looking at closely are mobile websites and apps. Not sure if mobile is something you want to get involved with? Don't take our word - check out some statistics that just might blow your mind.

The mobile marketplace is huge - and getting bigger every day

For a start, just look at the wireless device penetration numbers in the United States. This is the number of active units divided by the total U.S. population, including territories. This chart shows you just how pervasive mobile devices are in our culture.

If those statistics aren't enough for you, here are some additional numbers that reveal just how important mobile marketing is these days:

  • There are over 5 billion mobile phone subscribers worldwide
  • 70 percent of the world's population has mobile phones
  • In the United States, 90% of all men, women and children have mobile phones
  • Over 19% of all phones sold are smartphones
  • 53% of all businesses are using iPhones
  • Wireless economic contributions have grown faster (16%) than the rest of the economy (3%)
  • 3G technology has been deployed to areas covering more than 92% of the U.S. population
  • The U.S. has more unique 3G subscribers (123.2 million) than the five largest EU countries combined (France, Germany, Italy, Spain and UK)

Attorneys going mobile - don't forget mobile apps

If you're thinking of developing a mobile marketing strategy, don't forget mobile apps. Smartphone users are hungry for apps. To date, over 3 billion apps have been downloaded, and in 2013 consumers and businesses will spend $29.5 billion on mobile apps.

The bottom line: In the next five years, more people will go online using a phone than a PC, and they'll be using mobile apps and websites when they do. Are you ready for these potential clients? Call us today at 888-886-0939 or fill out our online contact form.
