Tom: You are right on the money. Video is essential. Just a quick note. It is also easy to start using and posting video on your firm's facebook page. Don't have one? It's probably time to start, not just for the ease of use, but also for all of the same reasons that Tom has suggested video it's also time to start exploring and using social media sites.
