We’ve heard some of the rumors circulating about Foster lately, and I imagine many of you have too. When a company that’s been around as long as we have starts making changes, people notice. And when those changes aren’t fully explained, it’s only natural for people to start filling in the blanks.
So I wanted to take a moment to clear the air and tell you exactly where we stand.
The truth is, we’ve made some significant changes over the past year. We’ve restructured our team, made some major investments, and doubled down on DSS and the technology backbone that runs all of our websites.
I’ve had to make some difficult decisions and take a hard look at the future of our company and where we want it to go.
Marketing has changed more in the last 18 months than in the previous 10 years, largely because of artificial intelligence. We recognized that we needed to evolve with it, and we have. And we continue to do so.
Today, we’re healthy, we’re focused, and we’re stronger than we’ve been in years. Personally, I’m re-inspired and excited for the future.
We’re rebuilding our technology for the AI era and investing in the tools and strategies that will help our clients succeed in a rapidly changing market.
For our podiatry clients specifically, we know you’ve noticed that we haven’t been at some of the industry events where you’re used to seeing us. And that may have raised some questions about our future in podiatry.
So let me be clear: We’re not leaving podiatry, and we’re certainly not walking away from the relationships we’ve spent decades building.
Our commitment to our existing podiatry clients hasn’t changed. We’re still here, and we’re still invested in your success.
And to our law firm clients, especially in light of the recent news about another marketing company abruptly shutting its doors, I want to reassure you that Foster isn’t going anywhere.
Your marketing assets belong to you. We’ve never believed in holding clients hostage, and we’re not about to start.
I’ve been doing this for more than 30 years, and if there’s one thing I learned in the Marines, it’s that you never leave a man behind. I believe that applies to business, too.
We would never leave our clients stranded, wondering what happens next or how to get access to the marketing they’ve invested in.
Your success is the reason this company exists and why I keep at it, no matter what changes occur.
If you have questions, concerns, or just want to talk about the changes we’ve been making to better serve our clients, please call me or shoot me an email to schedule a conversation. I’d also love to hear where you see your practice heading in the age of AI.
Don’t speculate, assume, or listen to silly rumors. I mean that, and you all know I do.
Everyone who knows me well knows how transparent I am. My door is always open to you all.
Thank you for your trust. Thank you for your loyalty, and thank you for choosing Foster Consulting.
We’re not going anywhere. We’re just getting better for all of you.
