Our Process
1. Pre-Production Consultation
Our clients reach out with several goals in mind, often multiple simultaneously. Video marketing clients often want a more genuine, simplistic way to share information they have shared via text previously. They may be looking for lower bounce rates on their websites. They are looking to reach a new market they haven't been able to reach before. Regardless of what their listed goals are, the number one priority in every instance is to grow their firm or practice.
Knowing this, we kick things off with an introduction call to learn what clients are interested in doing. We share insights into what their preferred video style should be based on that and divulge any secrets surrounding the optimized deployment of their videos once said videos are completed. We'll also get our team on the same page as the client regarding graphics, sounds, aesthetics, and more nuanced details.
In some cases, clients come to this call not entirely sure what they are looking for--all they know is they want to expand their practice to make more money. They look to us to provide everything they need for success. After all, our clients are lawyers and doctors, we're the ones bringing the growth strategies and solutions to them.
Once all that is said and done, the project fully takes flight. Our team will work with clients to ensure any production dates are established and all topics covered in the clients' videos are ideated for scripting.
2. Production
Depending on if clients travel to our green screen studio in Reston, Virginia, or we travel to their offices for a day of on-location shoots, we'll make sure all the i's are dotted and t's are crossed before any film starts rolling. On the day of, clients can rest assured that our professional videography team will keep them comfortable and confident on and off the camera.
Shoots can be as short as a couple hours to a full day--it all depends on what is being recorded.
3. Post-Production and Editing Rounds
After wrapping the production day, all video, audio, and graphic files are sent to our editing team to sculpt the videos of our clients' dreams! Our editors will confirm they have received the raw files and start working on a video edit draft. Once the draft is delieverd, the client can provide any feedback which will guide the rest of the editing process. We'll later provide the full set of finished videos to the client to review.
Two additional rounds of edits are available to clients should they be needed. Once the client agrees the videos they have reviewed are finalized, the editing process ends. From there, all that's left is strategically deploying the client's videos and growing their business!
4. Wrap Meeting and Syndication
The video project concludes with a final meeting between our team and the client to officially hand off the videos. This meeting will include the client's marketing team or FWM marketing strategist to reiterate best practices of how the videos should be used and shared online and offline. The videos are added to your website, YouTube channel, social media, PPC campaigns, etc. After that, it's all about watching those KPIs and metrics grow!
