Rachel Garrison brings more than 20+ years of experience across business operations, sales, marketing, consulting, and strategic advisory to her role as Senior Strategic Accounts Lead at Foster Consulting. With a master’s degree in Business Leadership from Northeastern University, she has built a career helping organizations, from Fortune 500 companies to early-stage startups, grow with intention and operate with clarity.
Rachel began her career in business operations and sales, where she developed a strong foundation in organizational strategy and client relationship management. Over time, she advanced into senior consulting and advisory roles, supporting businesses across aviation, technology, legal services, wellness, finance, and professional services. Her experience partnering with C-level executives, founders, and entrepreneurial leadership teams gives her a uniquely well-rounded perspective on what it takes to scale successfully at every stage of growth.

Outside of her professional work, Rachel enjoys exploring the Great Smoky Mountains near Knoxville, Tennessee, with her family and her two dogs, Olive and Bentley. She loves road trips, yoga, volunteering in her community, tennis, and spending time outdoors. Having lived in several western states, including California, Arizona, and Colorado, she developed a deep love for nature, adventure, and personal growth. She’s also passionate about photography, leadership, personal development, holistic health and wellness, and discovering historic places and destinations.
