Through various administrative, client-facing, and receptionist positions, Joanna has gained vast experience in customer service for many different industries. Working for a small business and a dental office has shown Joanna the impact of excellent customer service. She is currently studying psychology, and loves to spread positivity.
When asked “What is your favorite thing about working in customer service?” Joanna had an excellent answer: “I love helping people and making them happy, which is what I get to do! I also like the diversity of questions—it makes it interesting.”
