After completing her studies in strategic advertising and business at VCU, Nia began her professional journey in the gift and home industry, where she played an integral role in launching three new companies in the Richmond area. As she delved deeper into the field, Nia's passion for marketing flourished, leading her to venture into the agency world. During her tenure at Foster Web Marketing, Nia worked in the Services department, where she helped clients optimize their online presence through effective SEO strategies. Driven by a desire to further engage with clients and enhance their digital experiences, Nia discovered a newfound passion for project management. This led her to into the Project Management role where she played a crucial part in assisting clients in developing and refining their websites. In her current role as COO at Foster Web Marketing, Nia continues to relish every moment of her work, contributing to the growth and success of the company.
