If you’ve read our blog in the past, you know that we are big proponents of calls to action. We want you to have several calls to action on your homepage. We want you to have calls to action at the end of every article and blog post. We even want you to include a call to action in all of your attorney videos. It should come as no surprise that we also think it’s key to put a call to action in your Google AdWords copy.

In Google AdWords, you only have four lines (counting your URL and your headline) to convince someone to visit your lawyer website. How can you stand out from your competition? How can you entice readers to make the click? One way is through a call to action.

While you are not allowed by Google to encourage readers to click your URL in your Google AdWords ad, you are allowed add other types of calls to action. Here are some ways to give your reader an incentive to visit:

  • Mention your free, private consultation.
  • Mention your collection of complimentary ebook downloads.
  • Mention a free offer that other attorneys don’t have.
  • Ask your readers to find out more about their case.
  • Ask your readers to take charge of their case.
  • Tell them about your live chat option.
  • Tell them they can get legal help today.

Remember that all of your attorney web marketing efforts are for one central purpose: to get new, potential clients to make contact with your office. You can’t accomplish this goal without strong calls to action along every step of the way, including in your Google AdWords. Need help getting new clients or better cases? We can help with your AdWords campaign or your greater lawyer marketing strategies. Contact our team of experts today at 888.886.0939.
