Customer Service at Foster Web Marketing is a team effort, but one role manages all of the moving parts. The Director of Client Success, or as the role is often called, The Happiness Director, manages the team that handles all requests from clients as they come in via the phone, email, or the DSS Help button. This team also serves as the voice at the other end of the phone, routes sales calls, manages the client request workflow, and gives mini-DSS trainings on the fly. The Customer Success Team also researches issues, verifies that coding requests are done to specification and constantly communicates with clients.
