Customer Service at Foster Web Marketing is a team effort, but one role manages all of the moving parts. The Customer Service Manager, or as the role is often called, The Happiness Director, triages all requests from clients as they come in via the phone, email, or the DSS Help button. This role also serves as the voice at the other end of the phone, routes sales calls, manages the client request workflow, and gives mini-DSS trainings on the fly. The Customer Service Manager also researches issues, verifies that coding requests are done to specification and constantly communicates with clients.
