Professional Experience
Molly has always gravitated toward the creative marketing field. While working for the Digital Marketing department of her alma mater, she learned the impact online content can have on potential clients (or students, in this case), and grew to understand the necessity for great web marketing. She also spent time as the marketing coordinator for a company that develops software for caterers, which gave her some great insight into the world of event management. Catering and event professionals must be adaptable, and able to think on their toes. Working with clients through these constant changes and high-pressure situations has given Molly the ability to meet the needs of the demanding and fast-paced world of marketing. Where some may find it challenging, she finds it exciting and motivating. Molly organizes and coordinates our marketing events, webinars, and exhibiting opportunities. She is also our infographic designer, providing information for Foster Web Marketing and its clients in a creative visual display. Her can-do attitude, marketing skills, and happy demeanor make Molly a great asset to Foster Web Marketing.

Molly’s passion for creative challenges does not stop with work. She is known for baking beautiful, and creative cakes, and as a new homeowner, she recently discovered her love for interior design! Molly recently moved to Richmond, VA, where she’s been spending time kayaking the James, hiking, and enjoying all of the beautiful parks and breweries.
What You Might Find Interesting About Molly
Molly lives in Richmond, VA, where she works remotely for half of the week, and then commutes to the Foster Web Marketing office (about 2 hours away) for the other half! She is used to a long journey, however. As the youngest of five, Molly's family lives all over the world—London, Massachusetts, South Carolina, and Northern Virginia. She hates being away from them, but loves an excuse to travel!
