I’ve been watching the videos that Tom Foster was putting out that discussed how critical video is on the website. I knew that when it came time to shoot the video, there was only one group I was going to work with, and it was going to be Tom and James. We understood that more people are going on the Internet and they don’t care as much about text on your page. In fact, they’re not reading it. They want to get to know you a little bit. They want to figure out answers to their questions without having to read some legal treatus. We found that video is the most effective way to convey that information to reach new clients and to get a positive response from them.
