DSS Can Send Lead Data to Other Apps and Perform Specific Actions Using Zapier

Before you begin creating zaps for your existing forms, you'll need to register for a Zapier account

Since DSS is still a private App, you will need an invitation link to access it & build zaps.

  • Click here to open the invitation link in a new browser window, and accept it.
  • Select and follow one of the steps listed below to finish connecting your DSS app. 
  • The DSS app will now be available for use in your account and your Zaps.  

NOTE: You will need your DSS API Keys to complete the connection. You can find these in
DSS > Leads & Reports > Settings > DSS API Keys.

There are two ways you can connect your app accounts to Zapier: in My apps, or in the Zap editor. You can also connect multiple accounts of the same app to Zapier.

1. Connect app accounts in My Apps

  • Go to My Apps.
  • In the upper right, click Add connection.
  • Search for and select the app you want to connect.
  • A new browser tab or window will open. Follow the instructions to connect your app account.

You’ll now be able to create Zaps using the connected app account. Learn more about creating your first zap

NOTE: If nothing happens when you select an app, try disabling your browser’s pop-up blocker.

2. Connect app accounts in the Zap editor

You can also connect new apps when you create Zaps in the editor.

  • After you select an app and an event in a trigger or action step, you’ll be prompted to connect your app account.
  • Click Sign in to [app].
  • A new browser tab or window will open. Follow the instructions to connect your app account.

3. Connect multiple accounts of the same app to Zapier

You can use different accounts of the same app in different Zaps. You can do this by creating a new connection either through My apps, or directly in the Zap editor.

NOTE: You may get automatically connected to an existing account because of the browser's cookies, which recognize that you are already logged into to that service on another tab. To avoid that, you can:

  • Log out of the app on another browser tab, so that the connection window in Zapier will request that you log in again.
  • Use a different browser or an incognito/private window to log into Zapier and create another connection.
