- Primary & Secondary Dimensions. These are the path to in-depth analysis. If you know how to use them, then you’re going to be able to dig deeper and find more ways to see what’s really working and what’s not.
- Events. What are they? What’s the point? How can you use them to your advantage?
- Goals. Know how often people are contacting you via contact forms, downloads, chat, and calls.
- Bounce Rate. What is the actual definition? This one is tricky—I’ve had to explain what it really means to several digital marketing “experts.”
