Measure and Improve Your Attraction

Once you have defined your perfect client, created a dynamic website, produced amazing content, killed it with search engine optimization, and developed a strong social media campaign, isn’t your work done? Can’t you just go take a nap on the beach and put this on autopilot?

C’mon… You may be doing all of the things that are recommended, but if you are not measuring your results and improving your attraction when needed, i.e. “paying attention,” you are simply not getting the most out of your Internet marketing campaign. Just like you need to continue to work on your clients’ cases after their initial consultations, you also need to take time to research and analyze what’s going on with your Web marketing efforts.

It’s Not as Hard as it Sounds

There are a lot of fancy terms that Internet marketers like to throw around, much like attorneys have their own legal jargon. However, measuring and improving attraction is not a complicated process. There are tools available that show you exactly how your Internet marketing is paying off. Google Analytics is a free tool that is available at your disposal, but DSS will also give you the insight you need.

So, what exactly are you looking for to measure your results?

  • Web Visitors: It is always great to know just how many people are visiting your website, but you need to know more. Where are these people coming from? What pages are being visited? Are these visitors contacting you? You might need to readjust your SEO and content efforts if you are not attracting your perfect clients.
  • Contacts: DSS captures the online contacts coming through your website. You need to review this list regularly to determine whether these people are your ideal clients. If you are not getting the contacts, and clients, that you want, it is time to readjust. Don’t continue on the same path. Think long and hard about your perfect clients and whether your content, SEO and other marketing efforts are geared towards them.

We make it as simple as possible to measure and improve your attraction. Within DSS, each page will show you the number of visitors and the bounce rate. You also have access to Google Analytics. You don’t have to do marketing in the dark!
