Lisa Blythe began working for Foster Web Marketing as a contract editor in 2013. She is thrilled to be a part of the FWM team.
Lisa worked as a full-time homemaker until her youngest child started school. She then took a job working at the elementary school as a lunch supervisor, where she was responsible for keeping students safe during lunch and recess.
An active volunteer in both the classroom and the school library, she volunteers at most after school events and fundraisers too. She also co-chairs two important library fundraisers—the Scholastic Book Fair and the Used Book Sale—that raise approximately $4,000 each year. The money is used to purchase new books for the school library.
Her strong work ethic, attention to detail, willingness to take on responsibility, and dedication to meeting deadlines made for an easy transition to her position as an editor.
