Tricia has been with Foster Web Marketing since 2010, serving as an administrator for various departments. Since 2017 she has spent the majority of her time with our Business Development Team; there she works closely with Chad Foster, who tries to “never leave home without her”.
Professional Experience
Tricia has learned during her years in the workforce that she just can’t resist the urge to help people shine. From Assistant Director of a childhood education center to a team manager at a call center, she has approached every position as an opportunity to “facilitate people’s awesomeness”; as a member of the Foster Web Marketing family, she’s worked with several of our teams and will happily tell you that her “favorite” is whichever one has the most members on her team during our biweekly virtual game nights. Since 2012, she has also used her spare time to start and grow the Buffalo Stampede, a non-profit organization based in Kansas City that works to fill the gaps in traditional systems with boots-on-the-ground one-time donation drives and service projects from passionate “buffalos” all over the country. One of their biggest events of the year brings hundreds of gifts to children in foster care during the winter holidays.

Tricia lives in the suburbs of Kansas City with her husband, 2 dogs, 3 cats, and an “unless I tell you otherwise, you’re family” philosophy. Between running the Buffalo Stampede and her work at FWM, she also loves tabletop role-playing games (both as a player and as a game master), board games, puzzles, crafting, and spoiling rotten any child within reach. She’s also an avid reader; you’ll want to block off an hour or so before asking her about young adult literature or graphic novels!
